With either option, SIRUM provides all materials and covers donation shipping and pick-ups.
Full Sort: With the support of philanthropy, SIRUM helps to cover the cost of donations allowing you for no cost to donate any medicine on the high-demand list.
No Sort: To help offset additional costs, you can donate all your non-controlled, unopened medicine for a nominal fee:
< 100 beds: $150/quarter 100+ beds: $250/quarter

- Qualifications:
- Drugs must be centrally stored.
- RCFE must have had within the last 2 years an Annual, Pre-Licensing, Random, or 5-year survey.
- RCFE license status must be “Licensed”, not Probation or Pending.

- Alternatively, for recordkeeping, you can write/type out drug name strength and quantity of the donated meds.
